Privacy is part of the care model.

Current policy, updated October 4, 2026

Current scope

Synic Relay is in early access. Until we announce support for protected health information, please do not enter medical records or other clinically sensitive documents. We collect only what the product needs to work, and nothing you enter is sold or shared for advertising.

Information you provide

If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, subject and message you submit. We use that information only to respond to your inquiry and manage the resulting conversation.

Demonstration data

Interactive demonstration data may be stored in your browser so the experience can continue across pages. It is not intended for real household use. You can clear it through your browser’s site-data controls.

Live transit arrivals

When live transit arrivals are turned on, you must be signed in to use them. To keep the free public transit data service available to everyone, we record your account identifier and the times of your recent arrival lookups, and use them only to limit how often one account can ask. We do not store the stops you look up, your household, or any care information with these records. They are removed automatically after about 24 hours of inactivity, though removal happens when the feature is next used, so a record can remain longer while the feature sits idle. The offline service directory needs no sign-in and records nothing.

How the product is designed

Synic Relay follows data-minimization and purpose-limitation principles. Care knowledge stays sealed until an authorized step makes a role-specific view necessary. Access and human decisions are logged.

Changes

This policy will change before Synic Relay accepts real household data. Any production release will describe its processors, retention periods, security controls and individual rights in detail before enrollment.
